physically: eating well, drinking water, being outside, exercise, naps, baths
mentally: reading, continuing education, podcasts
emotionally: time with friends, time with husband, free play with kids, keeping things in moderation
spiritually: regular Confession, Mass, daily prayer, good Catholic support system
We also talk about ways we can practice self care when we’re not able to get in alone time.
